When “I” is replaced by “we”, even “illness” becomes “wellness.”

Make change happen.

Support for your workplace.

With 1 in 4 of us being diagnosed with a mental health issue, (and with so many more going undiagnosed), there really is no better time to support your team members with some wellbeing and resilience training.

Our M.D, Felicity, is a a qualified Mental Health First Aider and has trained with the Stress Management Society. She is also a qualified meditation leader and specialises in other complimentary health techniques to aid relaxation and wellbeing. Her expertise in Human Factors gives her a wealth of knowledge about topics such as sleep, dealing with pressure, better communication and managing stress.

Felicity offers workshops, of various lengths, to help boost staff morale, improve wellbeing, and reduce the costs associated with workplace stress. Sessions for managers are available to help them lead positive change and promote wellbeing within their teams.

An online versions of our mental health course is available here, or live sessions, here.

Let’s Break Down Barriers.

Ending the stigma around mental health becomes easier the more we talk. Lets make that happen in your organisation. We create a safe space so that people feel supported and able to talk.
