We are a family owned business, specialising in inspirational and empowering workshops and events, helping the community, individuals, and businesses alike really understand what it is to be human. Our team have a wealth of experience in the aviation industry, and our chief trainer, Felicity Argent, is a passionate & inspirational educator, with over 20 years’ experience delivering cultural change programs in corporate organisations. With her desire to make a difference, she challenges behaviours and mindsets to support and empower your workforce, enabling improvements in individual and organisational safety, performance and wellbeing. She is a specialist in human performance and her background lies in assisting the aviation industry improve safety through the understanding of human factors and safety management.

Felicity began her career in the aviation industry at FLS Aerospace / SR Technics at the Diamond Hanger, Stansted Airport, U.K, in 1998, following in her father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. In 2003 she trained with Trinity College Dublin to become a Human Factors Instructor. She went on to lead a team of Human Factors facilitators at Stansted. In 2010, Felicity left SR Technics to set up Argent Advancements Limited, and has reached many thousands of people since that time. Felicity has also been a freelance consultant for Baines Simmons Ltd since 2012.

Having experienced family members and friends suffer with poor mental health, as well as our lived experience, we have successfully completed many courses on wellbeing, meditation, mindfulness, alternative medicine and coaching. We are determined to break down the stigma’s which surround our mental health so that people may find the help they need to lead a joyful life.
