This is the first part of our Mental Wellness and Resilience course. It can be taken alone, or alongside our “Supporting yourself and others” course.
This workshop will help you spot the signs of poor mental health in yourself and others, and will help you to have open and honest conversations with friends, family, and colleagues. The workshop includes a section on suicide awareness.
